Service information
Should you encounter any issues with your Hedén motor, Carat or Ymer, our service team is ready to help you. Normal turnaround time is around 5-10 days depending on complexity and size of service.
To get your products serviced, please fill in our service form found below. You do not need an RMA number.
We strongly recommend to use a courier service such as FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL or similar and not regular post, such as USPS, as we at the moment experience very long delays for custom clearance (up to 6 weeks) when the package is handled by the Canadian post.
To limit the Duties and Taxes you may have to pay note that it is Returning for Repair and place a low value on the unit.
