Should you encounter any issues with your Hedén motor, Carat or Ymer, our service team is ready to help you. Normal turnaround time is around 5-10 days depending on complexity and size of service.
To get your unit serviced, please fill in our service form found below and send with the package. You do not need an RMA number.
We strongly recommend to use a courier service such as FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL or similar and not regular post, such as USPS, as we at the moment experience very long delays for custom clearance (up to 6 weeks) when the package is handled by the Swedish post.
Note: During July and August the response times and service time will be longer due to vacations, Hedén will closed from July 15 to July 28.

- M21VE (Short version) – Internal motor replacements are only possible with 256 encoders and 128 c-motion encoders
Skype call with our technicians is possible during Swedish office hours (UTC +1) to assist you in field.
Products no longer serviceable:
M28VP and M28VT
- Sales of the products were discontinued in 2010
- Any service of the products were discontinued in 2016
- The HLC was replaced by CARAT in 2014
- Service of first versions of HLC was discontinued in 2016
